Anxiety – the enemy within. You just know it’s there and from time to time, it gets the courage to say “Hi!” and showcase its power. What do you do then? Do you let yourself be prey? 😬 Do you try to run away?Not today. Because today, we’re going to fight back! 👊
Maybe not with our fists, though.😅 I prefer a more creative approach. So today we’re going to made a * drums * “Bye, anxiety!” mood board! 🙌

We all like quotes, don’t we? 💓 I believe words carry such an unbelievable power to lift us up, inspire and make us dream a little longer. So find the ones that put you in the right mood. To make things easier, I’ve collected some great ones that fight against anxiety.🌟
Maybe you have no idea who you are and that makes it worse. Don’t put pressure on yourself. Give yourself the time to discover it. Look around you: Are there people who you admire? Are there people similar to you that have made it? Print out the pictures of those who give you hope.😌
No matter how difficult your life is, there is something to be grateful for. Gratitude makes a huge difference. These days I am more aware of everything around me and all this appreciation fills my heart with joy and calms me down. Just try it! 😊What are you grateful for?
Anxiety makes you focus on yourself: how you feel, what you do, how you say things and so on. The opposite of that is shifting your focus from your inner world to the outside. Be curious and feed that curiosity.✨ You’re already a great listener. That means you can also ask great questions. Notice the beauty around you, cherish the warm sunlight and the subtle smell of spring flowers. Give power to the better version of yourself. Instead of blaming yourself for being this and that, find solutions. 🤗 What should you change next time? What would make you have a better perception on yourself? You can write some similar questions + the target, and attach the paper on the mood board.
